Athletic Training

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Our speed and agility program is designed to build each athlete’s strength, power, speed, and agility so that they can be bigger, faster and stronger in game time situations.
Our positive coaches are certified and work diligently to make sure each athlete is performing movements safely and effectively to avoid injury and maximize output.
The program is available to all athletes 8-18 years of age .


We believe that with hard work and commitment, an athlete will see much improvement in their overall athleticism and quickness. We want each athlete to be able to see their improvements for themselves so we will conduct performance tests on the first and last day of the program and keep track of records to see each athletes improvement from the start of the program.

Athletes can be stay motivated by tracking strength and speed drills like their pushup max, broad jumps, 20-yd dash, and more! Performance testing is fun, competitive, and rewarding!

Our Weekly

Personal Training

In the meantime, we offer an 8 week long speed, strength and agility program that is built for any athlete who wants to take their game to the next level. You'll be learning high level techniques to be smarter, faster, quicker and lighter on your feet. Athletes can choose from 1-3 sessions per week and all sessions are held on Monday, Wednesday, and/or Friday.

 

We also offer personal 1-on-1 skills training sessions that are perfect for the athlete who needs a more well-rounded and specialized program that will go over everything from strength, endurance, power, mobility, recovery and sports nutrition.
